The CallNFO Help Desk has reduced its operations.

Overview of Update

1. Determine whether you have version 2.4 (or version 2.4a) of the software. See your manual. If you do then continue. If you have an earlier version, you will need to use the earlier update and install it first.

2. Click on the updater at right and it will download onto your computer.

3. On your machine click on the UpdateNFO2-4i.exe file and it will unpack itself into a folder on your c: drive called DownloadNFO.

4. In the DownloadNFO folder click on the Updater file and it will unpack and install all of the new components. You need not do anything else.
